Jerry Corless

Founder & Managing Partner

Jerry Corless is CEO of Axiom Planning Resources, serving 100 affiliated advisors across five states. Originally from St. Louis, he played football at the University of Mississippi, earning the UMAA Student Athlete Award and graduating in 1998. Jerry began his financial career at New England Financial in Memphis, advancing to Co-Managing Partner before transitioning to an independent broker-dealer.

In 2012, he joined Axiom Planning Resources, a general agency of MassMutual. Under his leadership, advisor groups have grown substantially, increasing revenue by 400% from 2012 to 2016. Passionate about faith and community, Jerry chairs Leadership Empowerment Center, serves on the boards of Forward Memphis and Briarcrest Christian School, and is Vice President of MassMutual’s General Agents Association.

He lives in Tennessee with his wife Cassie, their four children, cat Poppi, mini labradoodles Coco and Maverick, and horse Cosmo, enjoying family, exercise, and outdoor adventures.
